Are there any dealers/representatives in California — specifically Santa Rosa?

I have an IPE deck do your recommend the Amber or the Mahogany? From the color swatches on line the Mahogany looks to dark and the Amber looks to pale.

For IPE why is Mahogany color finish preferred over the lighter amber finish.
better uv protection? how important a factor? if we go lighter would we be ok to renew every 12 months?

I have a 280 sf deck with railing on 3 sides and 4 steps, that I need to restain. I think I like the transparent or semi-transparent cedar. How many gallons would I need for 2 coats? I live in Alexandria, VA.

my deck surface is about 350 sq. ft. with a long (up to 2nd story) staircase. I’m told it’s Brazilian Hardwood/Brazilian Walnut.
I’d like a redwood-ish semi-solid stain. (I can go semi-transparent if I have to.)
What are your recommendations for how much I should buy & what color?
Also, I just gave it an up close, intense pressure wash that stripped off whatever stain was on there. Not sure if that makes any difference. Any/all tips are welcome.
Thanks for your help.

I have an old beat up looking 20×20 deck, bleached by the constant sun on Long Island,New York. It is pressure treated pine.
It has that weathered beach grey look, what are the colors that you provide. I kind of like the beachy look being we are only a couple miles from the beach.

Hello-
I asked the question several days back about what happens if it does rain. We had A LOT (~5 inches) of rain within 12 hours of application. The majority looked ok but some areas washed away. Will it be ok to let it dry and stain again? How do I know if it cured properly?

I have a new cedar deck.
I like the natural cedar look but I want to protect it from the UV rays and the Nebraska winters.
What would you suggest?
Are there any dealers in Omaha Nebraska?
Thanks,
John O’Brien

Where is your closest dealer to SLC, Utah? And what would you recommend for a Cedar playground? I want good UV protection, and obviously safe for around my kids. I don’t want to change the color of my cedar much. Thanjs
